Q: How do I book?
A: Call or text our office to check for availability FIRST! Once we have your date & time slot reserved, you have a week to finalize your booking details through the Booking Sheet.
Q: How do I pay?
A: Payment is due day of the show. Once you book your show, we will send you an Invoice/Confirmation with specifics on how to pay. We do NOT take deposits.
Q: Can I choose the animals that come to my event?
A: There is already a designated set of animals that come out to events- all of which are AMAZING! Adding an animal is subject to availability & does have an additional charge. Check out Meet the Animals!
Q: Can we take photos?
A: Absolutely! Please take as many photos as you like & feel free to tag us on Instagram @wildanimalworld! We only provide a photographer with the Wild Safari package to take individual photos after the show.
Q: How many kids can attend?
A: We put a limit on attendance for schools and summer camps as a means of safety & comfort for our animals (50 kids or less for interactive shows; 50-80 for a hands-off shows). For birthdays and private events, we do not have a limit per se, but we do recommend less than 25 kids for a fun & safe experience.
Q: I want the Safari package without the photos, how much is that?
A: With or without the photo session, the Safari show is the same cost. We include the photo session as a way for your guests to get the most value out of your experience with us. IF you book the Safari show without the photos, only the guest of honor will have the chance to hold animals. With the photo package included, all guests will have the chance to hold an animal and have their photo taken.
Q: Can I book individual animals for an event?
A: If you are not looking for a "show" but want to have a specific animal(s) at your event, check out Exhibits. These can be a good option for photo shoots, cocktail hours, or fundraisers. Exhibits are subject to availability, please call for a quote.
Q: What time should I book the show for?
A: Generally, shows shall be booked between the hours of 10:00am and 4:00pm on weekdays; between 11:00am and 4:00/5:00pm on weekends depending on sunset. Shows cannot be done after sunset as to keep our animals happy, healthy, and on a regular eating schedule.

Q: Can I book multiple shows?
A: Absolutely! This is a popular option for schools & summer camps, and we highly encourage this if you have more than 50 kids in attendance. Shows done in the SAME PLACE on the SAME DATE are discounted at $200 for each additional show.
Q: What is an appropriate venue to have the animal show at?
A: Birthdays & Private events: covered areas in the backyard, family/living room, park (we are approved vendors for Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach parks).
Schools & Summer camps: auditorium, library, media center, classroom (for small groups), cafeteria, or PE shelter.

Q: Can we do the show inside or outside?
A: See Location Requirements. Venue & location is taken very seriously with our animals. Shows must be done INDOORS when it is hotter than 85°F. If shows are outside, the animals, trainers, and any guest wanting to participate, must be in a FULLY SHADED OR COVERED area. The use of fans are encouraged if the area is not breezy.
Q: Where are you located? Can we visit?
A: Our Wild Animal World sanctuary is only open to the public certain times of the year. But no worries, we will come to you! We provide animal shows to Miami-Dade, Broward, and some of Palm Beach.
