Due to overwhelming demand for our wildlife shows, we must insist on keeping within these guidelines to ensure that our animals are well cared for and our trainers can deliver a personalized, hands on, one of a kind experience:
Wildlife shows booked during the week shall be booked between the hours of 10 am and 4 pm. Wildlife shows booked on the weekends shall be booked between the hours of 11 am and 5 pm. These hours can be modified if there are multiple shows in the same location. Exhibits follow different regulations.
Because of the personal nature of our wildlife shows, our audience must not exceed 65 people. Exceptions can be made for mutliple shows in the same location.
Any show performed outdoors must be under full cover. We will not do wildlife shows in open areas. If there is a tent or shade cloth, it must provide shade to the animals and the entire audience throughout the duration of the show. Because the show is up to one hour long, consideration for the movement of the sun should be anticipated. We will not do shows outdoors from May-October unless the outdoor temperature is less than 80 degrees or the area is extremely well ventilated with ceiling fans, floor fans, or other appropriate cooling measures. Please be aware of the space you choose for your show. Our responsibility is for the animals and the children, as well.
Noise and distractions should be reasonably regulated. Our performance should not compete with music or other loud entertainment at any venue. Exhibits follow different regulations.
